- An editable cover letter template to adapt to a genuine vacancy.
- Seven worked fictional CV examples, including operations, care, warehousing, hospitality, office administration, construction site support and electrical installation support.
- Six matching application letters and sample referee and referral wording.
Prepare and keep track
- An interview preparation workbook with evidence mapping and STAR practice.
- Eight editable recruitment email templates.
- An Excel tracker for 100 roles, with status choices, filters and follow-up reminders.
- A getting-started guide and a bonus offline browser editor for text editing, text download and browser printing.
What you receive
One ZIP containing nine editable Word documents (34 pages before your edits), one Excel workbook, the browser editor and instructions. Personal use licence included. Digital download only; no physical product is shipped.
Editing requirements
Desktop editing is recommended. Document layouts have been checked in Microsoft Word and the browser editor in Chromium. Other compatible editors may import DOCX and XLSX files, but Google Docs, Google Sheets and mobile app behaviour have not been verified. Software subscriptions are not included.
The browser editor changes document text and does not reproduce the Word page layout exactly. Browser edits remain in tab memory and are lost on refresh or closing unless exported. Use the Word files for full page-layout editing.
Use the examples as a guide
All example identities, employers, qualifications, work histories and referee details are fictional. Replace them with truthful information and obtain permission from real referees. Construction and electrical examples describe support roles; the toolkit provides no trade qualification or licence.
This is a career preparation toolkit, not a CV-writing service, recruitment service or immigration advice. Coaching, placement and ongoing updates are not included. No interview, job, sponsorship, ATS result or income is guaranteed.
Official information and essential support contacts remain available free through the AFRIX Migrant Support Navigator and the National Careers Service.
